ARTICLE 1 MEMBERSHIP/DISTRIBUTORSHIP
Section 1: MEMBER – any person of any age as long as he or she needs our products and services and can understand how to read and write sponsored by an existing member or distributor with complete registration done either online or offline. Single account is followed and strictly enforced. Insisting of more than one accounts will result to cancellation of the next accounts and retain the first or original account.
Section 11: INDEPENDENT DISTRIBUTOR – those active in sponsoring and promoting the company products and services and has achieved certain requirements. Being a distributor is automatically rewarded with the benefits like rebates, bonus, incentives based on their purchase and sales productions. Distributorship is not equal to employment, partnership or joint venture enterprise relationship.
ARTICLE 11 CODES OF ETHICS
Section 1: ACCOUNT OF HUSBAND AND WIFE – husband and wife may have separate tracking account, provided it should be in the same line. One may sponsor the other to create another separate account but any of them is not allowed to open another account in Cross line.
Section 11: SELLING OF ACCOUNT – distributors selling their account is strictly prohibited and will never be approved.
Section 111: MISREPRESENTATION – distributors must not misrepresent by deceiving just to sponsor others to buy any product.
Section 1V: PROPER SELLING – distributors must fully explain in good manner all the aspects, which include the mode of payments and must not misadvise or cheat clients.
Section V: RE-SPONSORING – re-sponsoring other distributors are strictly prohibited even using fictitious names, fancy names, alias or any other name of one of his/her family member
Section V1: CHANGE OF SPONSOR – the company has the right and interest to protect and safe guard sponsors. Any distributor is not allowed to seduce, influence or offer a transfer of line in direct or indirect ways. This is called network destruction and any one who attempt is called “VIRUS”. Changing a sponsor will be regarded as a behavior to break the principles of honesty and faithfulness, as well as not be encouraged and approved unlikely. It only takes place when in a certain situation where the company has the superior power to decide.
All distributors have the right to develop other distributors, besides everyone has the right to finally select their own sponsor upline. Incase two distributors insist to be the sponsor at the same time the company will support the earlier with a decisive status. Generally speaking, the distributor who conducts meaningful cooperation has the prior claim to be the sponsor.
Section V111: TRANSFER OF NAME – the account will only be transferred to legal heirs and it happens only when the account holder dies or had been permanently disabled.
Section 1X: MORAL DEFAMATION – the company discourages distributors talking about characters of other distributors and announces to every distributor not to do any act or say anything that will be inimical, injurious, derogatory, detrimental and/or prejudicial to the interest of the company, its business, officers, employees and distributors.
Section X1: USING COMPANY NAME AND LOGO – the company prohibits distributors using its name and logo in doing other business not related in anyway with the company. The company has the right to give corresponding penalty and to file for legal action.
Section X11: LOANS – the company discourages sponsors who lend money to downlines or vice-versa to avoid misconflicts incase the lendee will not pay the lendor. Unless, the sponsor or downline gives it for support of activities for growing there network and free from obligation to pay.
Section X111: NON-SUBMISSION OF PAYMENTS – distributors shall pay directly on the office or on the designated company bank accounts assisted by sponsors. Incase the applicant handed the payment to uplines because of trust or because of office distance and un-availability of time. The sponsor must remit the exact amount as soon as possible and shall serve the new member until products has been received. When delayed due to bad weather conditions, emergencies, accidents or other valid reasons, the payment must be remitted within 7days or else it will result for termination of uplines when proven and the company will not be liable for the amount.
Section X1V: CHEATING THE COMPANY - opening many accounts using names of other person with out their will and knowledge with perfect structure of many accounts is considered cheating and shall result to holding of bonus or any other corresponding actions will be given.
ARTICLE 111 TERMINATIONS OF BENEFITS AND VIOLATION PENALTIES
Section 1: TERMINATION – is the permanent cancellation of account on the database or computer system of the company? The terminated distributor is no longer authorized to sell any products and services that the company markets nor to sponsor a new member/distributor. Upon the date of termination or suspension the account shall not be entitled to any rebates, bonus, incentives or reward that the company offers. Should a distributor desire to terminate his/her account, a termination notice in formal writing should be given to his sponsor and to the company stating the reason for such termination and its effective date.
Section 11: PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION – any act or omission that violate the term and conditions shall be considered as unethical conduct and shall be a ground for holding of benefits or termination depending on the severity of the offense.
ARTICLE 1V TRAINING, SUPPORT AND RELATIONSHIP
Section 1: TRAINING – sponsors should be responsible to give their network organization proper trainings in regards to right attitude, exact presentation, complete marketing program and to follow the code of ethics.
Section 11: SUPPORT – sponsors should encourage their group and keep on reminding them to attend seminars, forums and trainings, to participate in and support all sponsored activities by the company or uplines.
Section 111: RELATIONSHIP – Leverage marketing is a profession. Distributors shall at all time conduct themselves in a courteous and considerate manner with faithfulness and honesty likewise shall not engage in lies and exaggeration. Distributors shall maintain a healthy relationship together with co-distributors. We should help each other by motivating and encouraging our downlines, crosslines and uplines. We should teach them the right way on how to accommodate others even though they don’t belong to our network because we are not present every time to watch and supervise our network. There are times that we will be the one to conduct business presentations, trainings and give assistance for others and in return they will be the one to conduct for our group when we are away. This is the way of building good business relationship.
